Shipping and Handling Information

Orders will be ship Monday, Wednesday and Friday if place before 12:00pm PT (USA). Orders place after 12:00pm PT USA, will be ship the next business day. International order may take 2 or 3 days to be ship.

Domestic Shipping
Inside the United States we use UPS. Rates are based on weight and shipping method.

International Shipping
Outside the United States.
We use the USPS Priority Mail to ship our international orders. It is hard to determine the time it will take your order to arrive but it is usually 2-3 weeks from the date of order.

Rates may vary due to weight of individual item, country and USPS rate changes.

Extra taxes or fees can be charge by the country of destination.

The USPS had raised its fees up to 200%. We will be processing international orders. However the shipping cost would be very expensive. Please check the rates before placing and order at www.usps.com.

Return Policy
No returns on CDs and DVDs.
For returns of other products we charge a 15% restock fee or store credit.
You may return your products within 15 days of receiving your order.
We are not responsible for the shipping cost of returned items

Exchange Policy
You may exchange your products within 15 days of receiving your order.
CDs and DVDs may be replaced if damaged.
We are not responsible for the shipping cost of exchanged items unless you have received the wrong order.
