These cards are sold in packs of 24 (tied with a bow) and include envelopes, for $20 ea. Pack, or you may buy a smaller pack of 10 cards for $10. There are now two year’s of designs available, and neither year’s design has the year listed (so they can be used any year!).  You may select from either seasonal designs and or non-seasonal (these are blank inside and feature the artwork of acclaimed photographer, Mike Schreiber). Each of the seasonal cards has “Seasons Greetings, Boas Festas” on the inside, and a description of Projeto Kirimurê on the back. The non-seasonal card is blank inside, and with a description of Projeto Kirimurê on the back. The seasonal packs come in either single designs (24 or 10 of one design), or in mixed packs (please see design numbers on the left).

100% of the proceeds from the sale of these cards go to support Projeto Kirimurê in the neighborhood of Itapuã, Bahia, Brazil.

Project Kirimurê is dedicated to enriching the lives of at-risk youth through the traditional art form of capeoira, as well as other positive after-school activities.

The featured artist for the 2007 batch of  seasonal cards are Eleanor Oda (“Bambu”), who is in our capoeira children’s program in California, and acclaimed photographer, Mike Schreiber (see www.MikeSchreiber.com), who visited the Project this year and created the non-seasonal designs. The featured artists for the 2006 season’s cards were Eleanor Oda (“Bambu”) and Blake Soberanis.
